Conor McGregor is known for having one of the most deadly Capoeira kicks in Mixed Martial Arts today, so obviously when he stopped by Conan O’Brien’s show, the talk show host had to ask him to show it off. Something, he quickly lived to regret.

It all started when McGregor began talking about his opponent Nate Diaz, who he’s scheduled to face off against at UFC 196. When McGregor begins criticizing Diaz’s footwork, saying that he’s stuck in a routine, he lets it slip that he may bring one of his famous kicks out of retirement.

He begins talking about his patented Meia Lua kick, saying, ‘It’s a Capoeira technique where you put your hand on the mat and swing your heel around like a baseball bat. It’s a technique that I’ve become quite good at and I’ve been getting better at and I think I might break that out.’

Conan seems impressed by the idea that he can do such a thing and when he begins trying it out, McGregor says, ‘I mean, I can do it if you want.’ O’Brien seems excited by this at first, however, when McGregor breaks it out, he soon regrets it.
