If there’s something strange in your neighborhood, who are you going to call? The Ghostbusters of course and after an almost 30 year absence, the ghost fighting scientists have slipped on their jumpsuits once again to battle the supernatural.

The first trailer of the highly anticipated comedy has finally arrived, giving audiences a first look at the film’s all-female ensemble and if the film is half as funny as the trailer is, it is certainly going to live up to the hype!

The trailer features many of the hallmarks from the original series, whether it's the goo-spewing ghosts, proton-pack wielding scientists, ghostly possession or the iconic Ectomobile, all that’s left is a Bill Murray cameo and it’s just like old times.

The film stars Kristen Wiig and Melissa McCarthy as well as Saturday Night Live standouts Leslie Jones and Kate McKinnon as a team of scientists who do battle with ghostly lifeforms that could potentially leave New York City in ruins. Chris Hemsworth also stars as their receptionist.
