Keeping active and getting fit is a struggle for many people. But sometimes knowing how to angle your body, can take you from feeling frumpy to fantastic. Although she started 'Foodie Girl Fitness', Molstad has had her own struggles with her appearance. ‘This doesn’t mean I don’t also struggle with embracing this body I was given,' says Molstad via Facebook, 'but it does mean that I understand working on loving me is the most important job I will ever have.’

One post in particular grabbed people’s attention. It looks like a before and after photo of Ashlie after a weight loss, but it isn’t. She captioned the photo ‘Same girl. Different Angle.’ In the first photo she is standing straight with her arms over her head and looks very fit. In the second photo she is sitting in a chair, slumped over with bad posture. Here you can see she has some stomach rolls, and not a six pack.

She wrote a message with these two images saying, ‘If I’m going to show you the posed, put together, professional sides of me, I’m gonna make damn sure you see the not so flattering sides too.’
