6. Ginger: It’s especially good in case of nausea but it also works for abdominal pain or gas. One study found ginger stimulates gastric emptying and antral contractions.
7. Apple Cider Vinegar: Mix it with warm water and drink it before you eat in order to stave off gas and bloating after a meal.
8. Cinnamon: It helps with bloating due to its high levels of antioxidants that have potent anti-inflammatory activity. It also reduces pressure on the abdomen by encouraging the passage of gas.
