9/ The Four Horsemen were notorious for playing as hard as they worked. They had their very own jet, popularity, and were travelling to the biggest and most fun cities across America. One time, Ric Flair had indulged in the sweet nectar enough to be able to justify to himself to buy two fur coats, for $40,000. Now remember, this is $40,000 dollars in the 80s! That is a lot of money today but back then it was a HUGE amount!
10/ Ric Flair had the brilliant idea one night to test just how much his female fans listen to him. On a live television taping, Ric Flair got on the mic and told the crowd ‘The Four Horsemen are renting a suite on top of the Baltimore Marriott. Any girl between the ages of 18 and 28 is invited - no husbands, no boyfriends.’ 300 women ended up taking him up on the invitation.
11/ We mentioned that Ric Flair was the only consistent member of the faction, but Arn Anderson was a very close second. He was just as much a constant member until his neck injury, and then he was replaced by Curt Henning.
12/ The Four Horsemen went through a lot of reformations with members being switched out. Like we mentioned Ric Flair and Arn Anderson were the two most constant members, but at some point in time wrestlers that include Lex Luger, Barry Windham, Sting, Sid Vicious, Paul Roma, Chris Benoit, and Dean Malenko were all members.
