The iconic Van Morrison song ‘Brown Eyed Girl’ was actually titled ‘Brown Skinned Girl’. Van Morrison told the ‘Belfast Telegraph’: ‘That was just a mistake. It was a kind of Jamaican song...Calypso. It just slipped my mind. I changed the title.’
