It looks like there’s a new star in the family!
Diana Ross was sure to make her night at the 2017 American Music Awards one to remember. The 73-year-old singer not only looked stunning on the red carpet but she brought along her entire family to share the momentous night with. Even when the music legend took the stage at the 2017 AMAs to accept her Lifetime Achievement Award, the moment became a family affair with generations of the Ross family on stage alongside the celebrated singer.
The icon accepted the Lifetime Achievement Award surrounded by her family before surprising the audience by inviting her grandkids on stage to dance as she sang “Ain’t No Mountain High Enough”. But the surprises didn’t stop there! What really ended up shocking everyone most was not Diana Ross’ performance, which was incredible – but her grandson dancing his little heart out behind her!
Rhonda Ross Kendrick’s son, eight-year-old Raif-Henok Emmanuel Kendrick, was all grins and excitement as his grandmother took home one of the night’s biggest honors, lighting up the stage up with incredible dance moves to celebrate. The little break dancer even threw out the splits and his adorable charm became impossible to miss.
