The Workout That Got Khloé Kardashian Her Revenge Body

Khloé Kardashian has always been considered the black sheep of her family because of her weight. Critics have often called her the “chubby” or “fat” sibling in the family, and in an effort to shut down all her haters she has recently gone through a major (and drastic) body transformation.

Using her incredible fitness journey as inspiration, Khloé has developed a new show called Revenge Body With Khloé Kardashian, which will feature overweight people looking to improve their health and lifestyles. Khloé hopes that the transformation will help them both on the inside and the outside.

“I am completely honored and taking my role seriously in helping motivate and teach people what I had to learn to better myself from the inside out,” Khloé said in an Instagram post.

Khloé has a very specific workout regimen that she used to transform her body and lose weight. The workout is a dumbbell and resistance band workout, and is a lot more simple than people may think. The workout consists of 5 easy exercises: 1) single-dumbbell clean and press, 2) banded 4×4 walk, 3) overhead crunch rotation, 4) renegade row to mountain climber, and 5) reverse lunge to press with high knee.

All you need for the workouts are dumbbells, a resistance band, and an exercise ball. Each workout comes with a recommended rest time of 10 to 30 seconds between sets. They target each major muscle in the body and are great for beginners.

“Yeah, it’s a revenge body. But it’s just as much for all my critics who called me ‘the fat one’ for my entire existence,” Khloé said in an interview.

Khloé’s transformation has been shocking and inspiring to watch. She has lost 40 pounds and now dedicates her life to fitness. She hopes that her show will encourage and inspire others to do the same.
