Hitchhiking is a dangerous way to get from point A to point B. But for some people it’s the only option to get around. Not everyone is blessed with money to drive a car or take expensive transportation. But there are people who enjoy hitchhiking. They enjoy meeting new people and interacting with them. But I have some unfortunate news to say. Reports have come in that a male hitchhiker has been raped at gun point by two middle-aged women.
As I just mentioned, hitchhiking is a dangerous way to travel. You are putting your faith in total strangers. You have no idea what they’ve done in their life. You have no idea if they are criminals on the run. Granted, you are taking a risky chance, but is it worth putting your life on the line?

Reports have come in that a 25-year-old man has been admitted to hospitals after he was drugged and severely raped in northeast South Africa. The suspects are two middle-aged women.
The victim had been hitchhiking in Polokwane, Limpopo province when he was finally picked up by the two middle-aged women. They most likely seemed really charming, as most people who pick up hitchhikers are. So when they offered to pick him up, he obviously accepted.
Unfortunately, after a short time had passed during the drive, reports claim that the women pulled out a gun. They held it at him and allegedly forced him to drink an unknown substance.
After he drank the substance, the two women allegedly gang-raped him. According to the victim, the women then drove to the town of Tzaneen and dumped him on the side of the road.
The man then proceeded to speak to the Tzaneen police. I can only imagine how they would respond when hearing that a male hitchhiker had been raped at gunpoint by two middle-aged women.
The man was then taken to the hospital where he remains in serious condition. Apparently, when police found out a male hitchhiker had been raped at gunpoint, it wasn’t surprising. They had recently investigated a ‘semen bandit’ gang who attacked their victims in a similar way.
A similar attack occurred in July of this year. A 39-year-old teacher was kidnapped where he was drugged and sexually assaulted at gunpoint as well. The suspects were three women who had offered him a lift while he was waiting for the bus in Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe.
In February of this year, another teacher was victim to this same act. He was kidnapped, drugged and gang-raped by four women. Reports indicate that the women doing these acts may be stealing semen for ritual purposes. The reason for this belief dates back to 2011 when three women were arrested after picking up men between Gweru and Harare. When police arrested them, they found 31 condoms full of semen.
