North West Doesn’t Really Like Her Brother Saint, According to Kim Kardashian

The Kardashian clan are no strangers to a little family drama, which is what has managed to keep viewers hooked on their reality show that has spawned an impressive 13 seasons.

However, it turns out that the latest squabble comes in the form of sibling rivalry and involves the youngest members of the family, North, and Saint West.

Kim Kardashian appeared on the morning talk show, Live with Kelly and Ryan when she revealed that North West is not a fan of her brother Saint, and she’s not sure what to do about it.

Kim Kardashian took over Kelly Ripa’s talk show hosting duties when fellow co-host, Ryan Seacrest, asked the mother of two how her 4-year-old daughter North is getting along with her baby brother, 1-year-old Saint.

Kim, who has two sisters and a brother, said that her children’s sibling dynamic is completely different than she remembers hers being growing up.

“I don’t know if it’s because she’s the older sister. I don’t know what it is,” Kardashian told Seacrest. “I thought it was a phase. She does not like her brother and it’s so hard for me.”

Kardashian says the jealousy North West harbors stems as early back as her breastfeeding Saint and has yet to come to an end.

Kardashian revealed that her daughter tries to outsmart her in how she excludes her baby brother, including throwing girls only tea parties where she’ll just slam the door in his face. In typical sibling fashion, while North wants nothing to do with Saint, he looks up to her.

“[Saint] likes to imitate her now so if she’s crying then he’ll just start fake crying,” Kardashian told Ryan Seacrest on Live with Kelly and Ryan. “I’m like, ‘One of you! I can’t pick up both of you.’”

Kardashian and her husband, Kanye West, are currently trying for their third child with People reporting that the two hired a surrogate in response to doctors stating it wouldn’t be medically safe for Kim to get pregnant again.

It can be a tough transition having the parental spotlight suddenly shift to a new addition, but Kim remains optimistic that North will come to adore her baby brother just as much as she does.
