Would you risk your life for a McDonald’s Chicken McNugget? Apparently someone already has.
A 13-year-old girl from East Harlem had a gun pulled on her by a 12-year-old boy after he commanded that she give him one of her McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets. According to the NYPD, the boy and girl were at a McDonald’s in East Harlem when the incident occurred. At first, the boy was nice enough. He simply just asked her for a chicken nugget…but then things escalated.
The girl refused to give him one and the boy decided to follow her into a subway station, where he pulled out a gun and once more demanded that she give him one of her chicken nuggets. The little girl once more refused to give the boy a chicken nugget, and in an act of either sincere courage or naive bravery, she knocked the gun out of the boy’s hands.
The girl escaped unharmed and later reported the incident. After the little girl reported the incident to her school officials, the little boy was arrested for attempted robbery. The NYPD has confirmed that the suspect will be charged as a juvenile. The little boy is also one of the girl’s classmates and attends the same school as her.
Juicy, tender, delicious and greasy. Those are all words which perfectly describe a McDonald’s Chicken McNugget. Evidently this little girl thought the same, risking her own life for the tender that are chicken nuggets.
East Harlem’s demographics have changed quite a bit over the years. It is also known to hold the highest crime rate for violence in all of Manhattan.
It has not been confirmed where or from whom the little boy got the gun, and time will only tell what punishment the suspect will receive. All seriousness aside, one thing we can learn from this for sure is to never mess around with someone else’s McDonald’s.
