12 Warning Signs That You Are Dealing With A Person Who Is Evil

This 28-Year-Old Fitness Blogger Posted A Before And After Of Her Belly Rolls For A Good Reason

There are many tricks people can play on Instagram. Many people use filters, editing apps and also take photos at certain angles to make themselves look a certain way. It’s also common knowledge that someone usually takes multiple photos of the same shot in order to decide upon that “perfect” one.

However, one fitness blogger by the name of Anna Victoria decided to go a different route. The 28-year-old decided to show her 1.2 million followers what her body looks like when she isn’t standing at an obscure angle in order to find that “perfect” photo.

First she posted the photo on its own with the caption: “Trying on bikinis for an upcoming trip…” A few photos later though, she posted herself in the same bikini, but this time sitting down at what she called a “normal angle”. She then captioned the before and after with “Me 1% of the time vs. 99% of the time” to let her followers know that it often takes some photo tricks in order to pull off seemingly washboard abs.

She then followed up by saying that she loved both photos equally, but wanted everyone to know that just because you age and may have some belly rolls, it doesn’t “change your worth.” Alluding to an article she recently read, she doesn’t accept her belly rolls as flaws, because she doesn’t see them as flaws.

She continued her message by saying: “our belly rolls, cellulite, stretch marks are nothing to apologize for, to be ashamed of, or to be obsessed with getting rid of!” Instead, she reminds everyone that we should embrace our bodies as we get older. It’s simply natural and perfectly fine that we develop a couple rolls here and there as we exit our twenties and enter our thirties.

Despite the aging she has noticed with her body on the outside, that same body can still “run miles, lift and squat and push and pull weight around…it’s happy not just because of how it looks, but because of how it feels.”

So, remember, as Victoria says at the end of her post, that you should not punish your body. Instead, you will fuel it, challenge it and most importantly love every aspect it.
