Woman Hits The Beach With Loose Skin After Losing 350 Pounds And Has A Message For The Haters

Jacqueline Adan is a blogger and she used to weigh over 500 pounds. After months of diet and cardio, she was able to drop over 350 pounds and regain the confidence to wear a bathing suit once again. At her previous weight, Jacqueline would avoid all bathing suits, but now she is comfortable in her own skin.

Losing such a large amount of weight is no easy task. And it’s tough on the body also.

After dropping more than 350 pounds, Jacqueline’s body was left with a bunch of loose and saggy skin.

On Instagram, Jacqueline wrote: ‘I was nervous to take my cover up off and to walk into the pool or walk on the beach.’

‘I still felt like that same 500 pound girl…then it happened. A couple sitting by the pool started laughing and pointing at me and making fun of me as soon as I took my cover up off.’

She said that despite going through different procedures to get rid of the excess skin, some still remain on her body. But now, she doesn’t care about getting fazed by the laughter and the snickers.

She continued on by saying: ‘so what did I do? I took a deep breath, smiled and walked into the pool. That was a huge moment for me.’

Jacqueline said that she is no longer ‘the same girl’ and that despite her loose skin and her feelings of ‘insecurity’ her goal is to not let others affect her anymore.

She wrote: ‘they do not know how I have worked my a– off to lose 350 pounds. They do not know how I am recovering from major surgeries. They have no right to sit and point and laugh at me. That’s why I smiled.’

She continued on in her Instagram post to talk about how important it is to love yourself and to focus on loving your body and yourself. ‘What matters is how you react to it. How you feel about yourself. Loving yourself just the way you are is hard.’

And the body positive icon seems to be loved not only be herself but also by her more than 47,000 Instagram followers as well.
